Welcome to Drive Pro. By enrolling in our courses and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations, so please read them carefully.

By purchasing a Drive Pro Intensives driving course package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and a contract is established between DRIVE PR0 INTENSIVES LTD trading as Drive Pro and you (as defined below). Please ensure that you have read and understood this document before continuing the purchase.

Definitions

“you” or “your”: Refers to the learner driver booking a course package (“Course”) and/or any of the practical driving and/or theory tests through Drive Pro.
“Drive PRO”, “we”, “us” and “our”: Refers to Drive Pro, a registered trading name of Drive Pro Intensives LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16309315 with its registered office at MK40 1AR
“Working days”: Refers to days other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public or bank holidays.
“DVSA”: Refers to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.
“Contract”: Means the contract between Drive Pro Intensives Ltd and you which comes into place at the point of purchase.
“Instructor”: Means an independent PDI/ADI driving instructor, certified by the DVSA and allocated to you by Pro Pass Intensives.
“Course”: Means a chosen course package.
“Test”: Means a suitable and available practical driving test offered to you within 30 days of your agreed intensive driving lessons completion date. This includes instances where the test is cancelled at short notice by the DVSA due to unforeseen circumstances.

1. Enrolment and Registration

Upon booking a Course, you will be required to complete a Pupil Registration Form. This form must be filled in correctly, if the form is not filled out accurately and we find out about something that may affect your driving later down the line. We will then have the right to withdraw from the course this would mean any entitlement would be gone. Your course cannot progress until the form has been completed, although payment may be taken from your account. By making a payment for your Course, Drive PRO agrees to act as your agent to help you prepare to pass your driving test by managing and booking your Test(s), connecting you to an instructor, and performing any further services provided under the specification of your Course. To be registered, you must:

Provide accurate personal information during the enrolment process including any road related convictions that may affect your ability to drive
Agree and sign the Pupil Registration Form.

2. Course Price and Deposit Information

When you book a Course with Drive Pro, the payment you make is considered a deposit. This deposit secures your place in the Course and covers the initial administrative costs associated with organizing your Lessons and/or Test(s). This includes allocating you to an instructor within 28 days of your booking being secured.

3. Payments to Drive PRO

Payment for your course package must be paid in full before assignment with your allocated instructor.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Late payments may result in a suspension of services. Payments need to be made upon registration.

We reserve the right to change our pricing policy at any time however will make customers aware when this will happen.

4. Our Policy on Lessons

When you make a booking with Drive PRO, you are entering into a separate agreement for the Lessons solely between yourself and the instructor who is self-employed and independent from Drive PRO. We will not be a party to this agreement nor liable for any claims arising regarding your Instructor, except where we are at fault. Once allocated to an instructor. It is then between you and the instructor to resolve any issues regarding lessons etc. If you have not received contact from your instructor within 14 days, then you will need to let Drive PRO know so that in worst case scenario you can be reallocated

Drive Pro guarantees that any Instructor to whom you are allocated shall be a DVSA-approved Driving Instructor. It is your responsibility to:

Plan as to the timing and start location of Lessons with your Instructor directly.
Raise and resolve any issues or concerns relating to the behaviour or performance of your instructor with them directly in the first instance.

5. Fees and Payments to the Assigned Instructor

Payment for driving tuition needs to be paid to Drive Pro, no later than 48 hours before the commencement of course start.

6. Scheduling

Lesson schedules will be determined by mutual agreement between the driving instructor and the pupil.
Lesson schedule times for assessment lessons and intensive driving courses will be available on Working Days between 9 am to 5 pm. If assessments or lessons are agreed outside of this basis, there will then have to be a mutual agreement between student and instructor.
The Driving Instructor has the right to allocate time slots and evening/weekend lessons subject to their availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum notice period of 3 days/72 hours for lessons of 2 hours or less. For lessons over 2 hours, one week’s notice is required. Missed lessons without proper notice may be subject to the cost of the lesson/course.

7. Eligibility

Students must possess a provisional driving license, as required by local regulations, before participating in driving lessons as a learner driver. Students must also do a license check code before they start any lessons and pass this onto their instructor before they commence lessons. This is so eligibility for driving can be checked. If you do have any points of disqualifications you need to let us know immediately as this could result in loss of course costs if we are not notified of something.

8. Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner during lessons.
Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the termination of services without a refund.
Any misuse of recreational drugs/alcohol will not be tolerated. Lessons will be cancelled immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Students using phones whilst in driving lessons is prohibited. If this is reported by a driving instructor, then any agreement between student and the company is terminated.

9. Safety

The driving school prioritizes the safety of its students, instructors, and the public during all lessons.
Students are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor.

10. Vehicle Use

The driving school’s vehicles are to be used solely for the purpose of driving lessons and practice exams.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by the student’s negligence may result in repair costs billed to the student.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will not be provided after the commencement of lessons. Once allocated to an instructor.
In the event of program cancellation by the driving school, a prorated refund may be issued however this will be at the discretion of the company.

12. License Testing

The driving school does not guarantee that a student will pass the official driving test. If student was to fail driving test, then it will be at their own discretion to organise another examination and sort out lessons with the instructor if they have availability outside of Drive PRO.
Students are responsible for scheduling and paying for any required official driving tests unless paid for via the Drive Pro website.

13. Confidentiality

The driving school will protect the confidentiality of students’ personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

14. Changes to Terms

The driving school reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Notice of any changes will be provided to enrolled students.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local legal processes.

By enrolling in Drive Pro, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
